As individuals who have gone through the entire process of opening and now running our own NANO GYM, we can confidently say that this is an exceptionally innovative concept that captivates with its originality, features attractive workout forms, encourages and intrigues people, and stands out both in its effectiveness and visual appeal! Most importantly, it is tailored to both current and future trends, offering comfort, intimacy, a modern approach to training, and a well-technologized backend.

The progress tracking app, with the added feature of earning points, is not only very clear, easy to use, and intuitive, but it also motivates continuity in workouts and competition with others! Additionally, the FitnessTeam app, which focuses on personal training, is being introduced, where users can receive their training and diet plans and exchange messages with their trainers!

For us, these solutions are as ideal as the flexibility of the NANO room, which can be used alone or combined with a machine and free weights room, as we did! The key is the available space and the demand from local residents.
