In group functional training, the traditional training model, where the instructor exercises and participants mimic their movements, doesn't work well. Functional exercises are interesting but too technically challenging for beginners to do independently. The instructor, focusing on proper exercise execution, doesn't have the time or ability to correct everyone in the room. That's why the training needs to be "reversed". In "reverse" training, participants perform exercises while watching a television screen displaying the exercise, and the trainer - instructor, moving around the room, has time to correct and motivate participants.

Including warm-up and cool down, the sessions last about 60 minutes. Of those, 40 minutes consist of an intense workout utilizing various equipment and training accessories. The training itself is never boring because no single exercise lasts longer than 5 minutes.

Each workout consists of a minimum of 8 different exercises divided into two training zones. The equipment in each training zone allows for performing over 30 different exercises, so the training compositions are practically unlimited.

The equipment and space of Nano GYM allow for simultaneous and comfortable training for up to 24 people at the same time. With such a number of participants, the instructor can move freely between them, providing personal training supervision.
